Spread across two levels, this retreat boasts three opulent double ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen harmoniously connected to a spacious dining and living room, and delightful verandas and patios that invite you to unwind.
The villa accommodates 6 guests in the main house, with an optional guest house for an additional 2 people (available separately, subject to availability, extra cost applies). Perfect for larger gatherings, the villa, when combined with its neighboring sister villa, can comfortably host groups of 12 or more - an ideal setting for big families, friends, and even special events such as weddings and receptions.
You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with dining and living room, with lovely verandas and patios, built BBQ and a private 5x9 swimming pool with cozy sunbeds and umbrellas. The verdant gardens and mature old olive trees predominate the surroundings, while the local Kefalonian element is apparent in all details. The view to Argostoli and Lixouri from here is breathtaking.
This villa takes advantage of a guest house and sleeps 6 (+ 2 more people, if rent with the guest house, subject to availability as it is also rent seprately as a cottage- extra cost applies)
Taken together with its sister villa next door, it is ideal for 12+ groups, big families and friends. Weddings and receptions are also considered.
