The Grape House is the first of 3 stylish and independent villas complex located in the southern part of Kefalonia in the village of Minies. All three houses have been built with great care, selective materials, and traditional construction techniques, with fine materials carefully chosen and combined. The kitchens have a modern and user-friendly design with all necessities, including cutlery, kitchenware, oven stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, espresso maker, etc, to cover all your holiday needs and make you feel at home while being abroad. The living rooms in all homes are big and have all the provisions for a pleasant and cozy stay.

The villas are located very close to the airport and 6km from the capital Argostoli. They are stylish, beachfront houses, so Eglina and Megali Ammos beach is 5 a minute's walk, and Spasmata Beach is located approximately 10 -15 minutes' walk away. By car, you can visit other beaches like Makris Gialos, Platis Gialos, Ammes, Avithos, and Ai Helis, all a 5 - 10 minutes drive around the houses.
