Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
Please note that the 30% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This amount is refundable for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, then the total value of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total value of the reservation will be charged on your credit card.

Subject to availability, late check-out until 15:00 is charged with 50% of the price of the nightly villa rate. Late check-out after 15:00 is charged at 100% of the price of the nightly villa rate.
The Guest rents the property for a specific period of time and for the sole purpose of short- term residential housing. The Guest renting the property should be over 21 years old. The Guest and his party affirm that they have legally entered Greece for vacation reasons only and have all the legal documents requested by the Greek Authorities.
The total number of guests cannot exceed the number identified on the Kefalonia Villas webpage or through any related platforms or short-term rental channels. Parties, weddings, receptions and other social events not allowed.
Supporting personnel (maid, gardener, pool/Jacuzzi and maintenance members) will enter the property at pre-agreed times. Homeowner reserves the right to enter the property for inspection at all times with reasonable warning/notice to Guest. Our Kefalonia Villas team will inform you of those dates and times.
It is prohibited to change the decoration of the property or re- arrange the furniture.
The Guests are liable for any damage or removal /destruction of items in and around the property. Guests are expected to respect the property, including towels, linen and decorative items, which cannot be removed from the property.
Pets are not allowed. The owners/ managers reserve the right to cancel the rental agreement if a pet is found in the property without prior consent.
Guests are expected to conserve water & energy, which are extremely valuable recourses, therefore, please use them wisely.
Guests are expected to kindly respect the common quiet hours (14:30-17:00 and 23:30-08:00).
SWIMMING POOL & JACUZZI SAFETY: Guests assume full responsibility for the use in and around swimming pools. In case of accident, injury of death, by accepting this Agreement, the guests waive any future claim against the Property Owner or Kefalonia Villas. PLEASE NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED AROUND OR INSIDE THE SWIMMING POOL. For safety reasons please respect the following rules:
- Diving is strictly prohibited.
- Children should always and continuously be supervised in and around the pool and Jacuzzi.
- Guests, friends and children included, are strongly advised not to run around the pool with wet feet, please beware of slippery floors.
- To avoid damaging the water hygiene and PH, we kindly advise you to take a shower using the exterior pool shower before entering the pool.
- Eating is not allowed in the pool.
- Please use plastic glasses and dishes around the pool, the use of glass in and around the pool is dangerous.
The Guest and his party are fully responsible for any valuables left at the property. Kefalonia Villas team, owner, manager and staff cannot be held responsible for anything lost or misplaced or stolen in the property. The Guest is responsible to make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked when leaving the property.
In any event or circumstances that are unforeseen and unavoidable and out of our control, like natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fires, earthquakes, wars, epidemics or diseases and generally “force majeure” issues that may cause our obligations and performance to be prevented, Kefalonia Villas, the property owner and /or manager cannot accept or pay any liability or compensation.
